Our story so far

We’ve been firing out blogs now for a few months and not actually introduced ourselves formally, how rude of us – So let us take this opportunity to share with you a bit about us and what we’ve been up to the past few months.

b-Compliant is the brainchild of Vicky and Jeremy (the beehive’s bosses).  They have both worked within the compliance industry for many (many) years gaining experience in a lot of different areas and both are considered experts in their field.  They had put their business plan in place but found very quickly that the company was growing at a rate that they had not anticipated for.  So with this in mind, they entered the recruitment market to source an office manager and PA.  It quickly became apparent that the service that recruitment specialists were charging £1000’s for, Vicky and Jeremy were quite capable of doing themselves (although it did mean very long hours on top of their existing commitments).  After a full day of interviews, the successful candidate was selected and offered the position to join the team; let us introduce you to Zoe:

Zoe joins the team bringing with her over 7 years’ experience in office management specialising in companies in their infancy.  She has varied knowledge having worked for a few different industries and her skills are extensive making her the perfect fit for us at b-compliant.  She is a very approachable and personable individual, which is why we haven’t hesitated in making Zoe your first point of contact when you reach out to us, whether that be via email or over the phone; you’ll always be greeted with a (virtual) smile.

As we mentioned above, the growth we have experienced has been fantastic which has resulted in the need for bigger premises – Welcome to 6a Framingham Road, Sale, M33 3SH – Our new home.

Zoe headed up the project of getting the empty shell into a fully functioning office which we’re now in and settled, and excited to see our growth continue over the next few months.  With that in mind, the news doesn’t stop there – Let us introduce you to our new Head of Paraplanning; Rob Ellis.

Rob and Vicky have worked together for many years, and Vicky knew she only wanted the best to head up her paraplanning team.  He is joining us with over 15 years’ experience in paraplanning roles, bringing his wealth of knowledge, making him a fantastic asset to the b-compliant team.  He is a proud fellow of the PFS and Chartered Financial Planner.  Rob is also highly regarded by his peers and this shows as he was awarded the Highly Commended award at Money Marketing Paraplanner of the year 2017.
