HAT TRICK OF APPOINTMENTS ENHANCES TEAM

This year has seen significant growth in our staff numbers. We have welcomed three new starters who have experience, enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail, to meet demand for our services and maintain the highest standards of client care.

First to join our ranks was compliance consultant, Maria Fox-Leonard, who brings her knowledge of private banking to our expert team. She developed her compliance skills working as a suitability reviewer of investment management portfolios before expanding into general practice. She is extremely familiar with the FCA handbook, in particular COBS and SYSC and also focuses on TCF, customer outcomes and conduct risk.

Next, we welcomed law graduate, Natalie Colah, as a trainee consultant. She is working closely with our director, Vicky Pearce, to assimilate herself into the world of financial compliance and get to grips with the requirements of our industry. Her academic background means she has some great transferable skills and her development is coming along apace.

Our most recent appointment is experienced administrator, Nadia Khan, who has stepped back into the world of work, after dedicating the last few years to her family. She has previously held customer service and administration roles and is already using her organisational skills to whip us into shape!

It has been a pleasure to welcome three such lovely ladies to our team and they have quickly become part of the family.”
